Dennis "Denny" Fase Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Dennis “Denny” Fase, age 55, of DeMotte, Indiana passed away on Monday, July 12, 2022 with his loving wife by his side. He was born on June 15, 1967 in Valparaiso, IN, the son of Marvin and Marjorie (Kikkert) Fase. Denny graduated from Kankakee Valley High School, Class of 1986. He was a self-employed electrician for over 20 years. Dennis married Valerie Hoffman on September 5, 1997 in DeMotte. He was a member of First Church in Wheatfield. Denny enjoyed woodworking, softball, and spending time with his family, especially his grandsons. Denny is survived by his wife of 24 years, Valerie Fase; children: Danielle (Nathan) Kolp of DeMotte, IN; Josh (Chandra) Fase of Plymouth, IN; Trevor (Jill Benes) Fase of Lake Village, IN; Charlie Fase of DeMotte, IN; Todd (Audrey Burgess) Fase of Lake Village, IN; grandchildren: Grayson, Kamden, and Marshall; siblings: Denise Fase, Jefferey (Rachel) Fase, Kevin (Jennifer) Fase; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family has entrusted Jackson Funeral Service of DeMotte with Dennis’ wishes to be cremated. There will be a service to celebrate Denny’s life on July 30 at 11 a.m. at the Fase residence (14410 N. 950 W. DeMotte, IN 46310). Directly after the service lunch will be served, followed by an open house style time of fellowship until 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Casas Por Cristo, a non-profit in El Paso, TX @ casasporcristo.org
